We stayed at Island Sunrise July29th-Aug2nd. We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, absolutely beautiful view. We seen Dolphins every day. The only issued we had was my sons sandals got stolen from the walk way to the beach. No ones else’s did. Planning to go back next summer.
The worst property we have ever been in. Filthy, light bulbs out, kitchen cabinet doors broken, no towels. We have tried to contact them and get no response, it is as if they are no longer in business. Would think twice before using them.
We checked into Ocean House 1 on July 8th and departed July 13. We found several unacceptable cleaning issues in our unit 1904 and our son and his family experienced some of the same issues in their unit as well in unit 1605. I called to discuss these issues and Michelle took a long list of items that needed addressed in both units. Also spoke with Lorri, the manager, on July 16. I was so looking forward to a vacation with my children and grandchildren! We planned for 6 months and I carefully picked your home to rent through Suncoast! When we arrived I found a house that was unkept and dirty! We also found that all the bedrooms has dirty carpets. Many of the beds did not have mattress covers. The kitchen was ill equipped, the kitchen trash had not been cleaned and smelled of Shrimp. One of bathrooms was not functional because of a broken toilet and shower door.
