We stayed in Crystal Shores West, condo 1101. Upon arrival, we noticed the condo was very beaten up and needed a deep cleaning. We were not happy with the lack of cleanliness of this condo, but we were pleasantly surprised with how fast the staff responded to our most urgent issues. Not to mention they immediately refunded our cleaning deposit and gave us a couple gift certificates for dinner. The view from this condo was amazing, and we weren't going to let a dirty/worn out condo ruin our vacation.
Truly love Young's Suncoast Realty....This will be my 3rd time using them.... Can't wait to use them this year..,
We try to go to the Alabama Gulf Coast every year and used them last year. I have to say it was the easiest most friendly vacation rental company ever. Thank you Young's Suncoast.
I've been for 4 years now & it's the best area to relax & just enjoy beach life. Young coast rentals as always so helpful, reasonably priced, and easy accessable to everything .
This is by far the worst experience ever in vacating in Orange Beach. We are still battling with the charges for a room we refused to stay in due to it being filthy and unsafe electrically with live wires out of the wall. PLEASE BEWARE....there is NO Customer Service........
