Stayed with Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals the first week of June and had an excellent vacation. Young's booked us into a beautiful unit with everything we asked for and more. I need some help. I was contacted Monday by a nice lady, Annette, and told the reservation I made on-line for Aug 3-8 at Sanibel #904 had accidentally been taken by someone else after I booked it. She said she would upgrade me to unit 1007 but when I looked at it on-lione it only has a twin in one room and a day bed in the other, actually less sleeping accommodations, not an upgrade in my opinion. We rented from Young's in March and condo was dirty. Hair in bathrooms and dirt in corners of bathrooms and bathroom rugs dirty! We lifted the rocker and it had more dirt and crap under it. They were rude when we called first day and even worse when we checked out. Shame on you all! You will not survive on business!
Thank you Joy for helping me book my husband and I vacation. First time visiting Gulf Shores. Our Ocean House condo was excellent! We'll be back! Thank you again. Condo was spacious. Modern. Clean. View was spectacular. Beach not crowded.
I recently called for quotes on a particular property for my family. The rep that I spoke with way Joy. She was very sweet with a great sense of humor and was very courteous and patient with me, seeing as I had alot of requests and was working with many stipulations for specifics of what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Joy or Young's Suncoast in general, if you are looking for a great and easy to work with booking agency. Thank you, Miss Joy!
