They cancelled our orange beach condo the day before check in, offered no compensation or other accommodations other than a refund. We booked several months in advance for 10 people, now we're stuck trying to find accommodations that are twice the price now. Ughhhh
Everyone at Young’s Suncoast were more then helpful and nice the entire time we were in Gulf Shores. We encountered a few issues but they wasted no time to correct them in a hurry. I appreciate everything they did to make our stay the best it could be. It was our first time visiting Gulf Shores! They will be our first pick for our rentals in the future! THANK YOU ALL!!
I’ve stayed a lot thru suncoast and have never had a problem that was not taken care of ASAP. We mostly stay at the Boardwalk it’s old but we love it there. Never rented any other place thru them
We had a wonderful week in a Summer Chase condo. The Youngs' staff were very professional and caring. The only down side was two light bulbs were burned out in two lamps. Not a problem as far as we were concerned!
I just spoke with Jamie about availability and was completely impressed by her customer service! It’s been a very long time since I’ve had anyone be that helpful and friendly! Stellar service!
