RecommendedWe stayed at the Klitzke house and had a wonderful experience and time. Being on the beach and getting to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, was so wonderful. The house was very comfortable and plenty of room!!!
Very rude management team. Spoke with two representatives from the agency who assured me an early check-in would not be a problem, drove 11 hours only to find out that I would be charged an additional day to check-in 4 hours early. Mindy in management was rude and hateful, said that the girl who misinformed me probably wouldn’t have a job because of this incident. RecommendedGreat and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars! They have great customer skills and always sounded so upbeat and happy on the phone. They gave me so much information I never felt lost on my vacation. I highly recommend this vacation spot for any family or non family visitors. It felt we never left home.The appliances and culinary were all modern and up to date. We stayed at Turtle Tracks!
2 families went 4 adults 4 kids under the age of 9. We originally book for 8/2-8/4 but decided a few days before our trip that we wanted to come during the night of 8-1. I called Young's to see if our room had an extra night available but it didn't so Barbara gave me a really great deal on the unit Moonraker 13 for one night and said she would put in a note to the cleaners about us transferring rooms on 8/2 so we could check in asap on 8/2 instead of having to wait until 4pm....Continue Reading
