We have booked our vacations through Young's for the past 3 years, now 4 at the recommendation of friends! They offer the best terms and rates. Love that you can reserve a vacation for only $89. Easy check in and check out. Have come across housekeeping issues but it was immediately resolved with one phone call. Thank you Young's for your wonderful and friendly staff! Will see you again in April!!!!
We stayed at surfside shores #1503. Very nice property. Very well appointed condo and very convenient location. Will visit again.
Every time I went to the beach I booked with Youngs Suncoast they have been great. I'm just getting back from a stay July23-27 at the Boardwalk. We had a prolbem with the A/C on the first night for about 4hours but as soon as they had a chance they FIXED IT !! So needless to say I was a little aggravating with the situation so I called a few times & talked to a few ppl until I requested the General Manger his name was Steven & he gave us a free night & we had all took off of work so we all was able to stay. We have a child with special needs that requires wheelchair access and a hospital bed to sleep in. Lorri at Young's Sun Coast worked with us to find the right condo on the beach that could accommodate our family. She found an owner that would allow us to bring in a rental bed and measured all door frames to ensure our son had access to all rooms. Everything was arranged in advance and was spot on when we arrived. Our stay was great!
First off our two year old son found a loaded handgun in the condo when we checked in! I mean loaded and ready to fire! A 2 year old waking around with a loaded hand gun. We were told to call Greg Miller which we did. 3 days later and NO response after a HUGE safety incident like this. Second off our condo was filthy when we checked in! No one from Sun Coast seems to care that our 2 year was walking around with a loaded gun and don't seem to care about the condition of our condo.
