A nice car shopping experience Great car shopping experience. Gwen was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There was no pressure at anytime so I felt comfortable shopping at Irwin Mazda. Good job Gwen. I would recommend to my friends about Irwin Mazda. Also, Charlie the finance guy was very friendly, patient and explained everything whenever I had questions. Gwen and Charlie are a great team. I am happy that I went home with the car I wanted.

Safety recall. Received a safety recall for the front passenger airbag. Irwin Mazda ordered the needed part and contacted me for an appointment. The service was done efficiently and I was able to wait in a comfortable and friendly setting.

Irwin Lincoln Awesome service; Darren (sp?) was very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. Car was fixed the 1st time taken in. Loose connections were not properly tightened & vehicle (2016 MKX) had to be returned. Have driven it several times; appears to have been repaired.

Great Experience, They don't pressure you Overall a great experience, Gwen was great with the sales process. She talked to me as a person instead of a potential sale. She didn't pressure me during the process, and she was up front and frank regarding the pricing and what they could offer.
