Never ever work with Sales person Eileen Conlon I reserved the Mazda CX5 grand touring last week and paid advance 500$ for that car. I couldn't take the car last week. I said her I will come back on Saturday to pick the car. When I went Saturday she said she sold the car which I booked. Then increased the original quotes because she has to pull the car from another dealer. When I ask her how can you sell the car which paid advance without notifying me? she was giving all reason...

Rude and disappointing staff The staff in this center are very rude not helpful at all. I lost all interest in buying the car. Eileen especially had a very poor attitude in helping customers.

Excellent Dealership I have purchased and leased quite a few cars from Irwin over the years. I always deal with Wayne Calabretta. Wayne helps me choose the right car for me, never rushes me and knows the Lincoln product extremely well. Travis Locasio is always involved in getting me a great deal and making me feel at home. Chuck Sarkady is my finance person and gets the paperwork done in a timely manner and explains everything in detail.

Excellent product, excellent salesperson Although the car, MKC, is excellent what took the sales over the top was the salesperson Steve Spertos. Very knowledgeable about the product. Took his time and explained everything about the dealership and most importantly took his time with the sale (lease) and a thorough explanation of the vehicle. PS: Why isn't Steve Spertos' name listed below?

Amazing Customer Service - John Davis Our family planned to travel to Ocean, New Jersey from Georgia the last week of July for our nephew's wedding. Unexpectedly we had a death in the family and had to travel earlier than expected. We had service scheduled on our Mazda CX-9 prior to our original travel date. The service included a recall, new tires, and a broken driver side visor. Feeling ripped off. Car was represented to have a clean Carfax and accident free, when the paint started peeling off the front bumper I took it to the body shop only to find out it had in fact the car had been in an accident. Repeated phone calls to the used car manager go unanswered. Some decent customer service after the sale would've been nice. BUYER BEWRE!!!

Great experience Excellent experience, have leased many cars at Irwin and never had a problem. Steve in service has always given me excellent service. Travis and Jay have gone the extra mile and made my many leases pleasurable.
