MAZDA 3 LEASE OVER ALL THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTH. I WENT THERE TO LEASE A 2017 MAZDA 3 WHICH THEY HAD RIGHT ON THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR. THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF HAGGLING BACK AND FORTH , BUT IN THE END I WAS ABLE TO GET THE CAR FOR WHAT I COULD AFFORD.

Sales staff knew his product and took the time explain it Before we went to Irwin Mazda, my wife and I went to other dealerships since we have not bought a new vehicle for quite some time. We visited Ford, Saburu, Chevy, Volkswagen. By doing this, I got to see firsthand how sales reps. treat customers. Some show indifference and in one case the sales rep. had no time for us since this dealership did not have enough staff on Saturday and people waited to be served and some walked out in disgust! Great sales experience! They had the 2017 Mazda 6 I wanted and Jeff Segan was able to make the deal happen! His low pressure sales technique and willingness to work with me on the numbers made my experience a good one. Find the car/trim you want, do your homework on-line, then get over and see Jeff. Amazing experience! I visited a lot of dealerships throughout this process and the way I was treated by Irwin and Gwen was by far the best. Gwen was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles themselves and helped put us in the perfect car. Carlos and the finance team were a pleasure to deal with. They were not pushy and seemed to always be looking out for my best interests. Next time I need a car I will for sure be going back to Irwin!

Happy with Dealership; lease new vehicle...repeat customer This is the 4th car that I have attained from Irwin Mazda. I do my homework and have checked into various other dealerships, but what has always had me return is the sales people, their friendliness and knowledge of the product. Awesome car buying experience and service! I have been buying cars here for many years. My latest purchase of a Mazda 3, 6 Speed with Jon Fields was awesome! He pulled my prospective car from another lot and transported it on a carrier so it arrived in perfect condition. I test drove it, I loved it, and he gave me a deal better than I expected! I had so far a very pleasant experience. I just purchased a Miata 2017 yesterday and had a very nice experience. Our sales person Gwen was informative and very pleasant and professional. I'm still waiting for my plates to come . But so far overall the experience has been a good one.
