Great overall experience This is our second car bought at Irwin Mazda and second great experience. Jon Fields, our salesman, was very professional, friendly and laid back - no high pressure sales or games. Great guy! Purchasing the vehicle was fairly quick and more pain free than other dealers we have been to in the past. All the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Also, they do not charge ridiculous dealer prep or document fees that we found at other dealers in the area.

Terrific car buying experience. We were really impressed with our experience at Irwin Mazda. We have never had such an easy car-buying experience. Our salesperson, Jeff, was such a pleasure to work with. He was very informative but laid-back in his approach, and we never felt harassed or hounded like we have at other dealerships. Customer service I was walking the lot, trying to decide on what color to get if I bought a new CX5. Gwen met me outside, and never made me felt stalked as usual car sales people do. I was offered a test drive without asking. After the drive, I was introduced to the general manager ( Carlos ) He thanked me for coming in and said if I needed any additional information, he would be glad to help. Purchase a used car Gwen was the only salesperson that approached me when I was looking for a car. Went to other dealers and not a salesperson would help me because I was a young adult looking with my friend. She was very helpful answered all my questions and then I came back to buy the car.
