2009 Lincoln MKX My 2009 Lincoln MKX was purchased new from Irwin Lincoln. They have performed every scheduled maintenance, repairs when necessary and I have never had a reason to complain. The vehicle now has 249,000 miles, and when I take friends out in it, they can't believe how well it rides and how smooth the ride is.

Excellent Customer Service I scheduled my car for routine servicing and to address a recall this past weekend. Matt greeted my at the door and let me know they had started the paperwork prior to me getting there. I waited for a brief moment to speak with Nick, who then conducted a quick recap of the work to be done. Nick is always good at letting me know what my next service would be and provides an approximate cost so that I can budget accordingly if it is a larger job. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you!

Routine Maintenance The more I use this dealer the better they become. I got my oil and tires rotated (no big deal) but they had it ready for me ahead of time and they washed the car for me and vacuumed it. It's little things like that, that makes a great impression. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Also the Mazda CX-5 is an awesome vehicle. I would highly recommend it. It's quiet, rides like a luxury car and has a very upscale interior.

45K Service Did not get complimentary car wash as ad promised. (Makes me wonder if car received grease service, too) Was told tires were very worn so it isn't worth doing a tire rotation. If that is true, then I think there should have been a partial refund on bill.
