Worst experience ever ! Will sell you a defective car that should have never made it to sales lot without even blinking an eye ! And when you come to approach the person about it without any remorse you'll hear " that's what you have warranty for". Unbelievable !

Great follow up by Travis At first not real pleased with the follow up but then found Travis and he was able to put things together for us. Got the unit we liked and even had it delivered to us. This is the fifth vehicle purchased from Irwin over a span of 30+ years.

car shopping experience My lease for Lincoln is almost up and I came to look for a new car. This was the worst experience i ever had at the dealership. The salesperson was not interested AT ALL in showing any cars or offering any good deals and didn't even introduce himself. Totally unprofessional NO wonder that the store was empty.

Alan Zwiebel I always wait for the normal service work and they are very quick. They have a comfortable lounge with tables, a computer, coffee, and snacks.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, priced fair, courteous , puts customer first. I was unexpectedly late and they stayed open for me to retrieve my car.

Lost trust Trust. Customer Service. Commitment; Irwin Mazda before uncovering unscrupulous salesmen and tactics defining stereotypical car dealers. Irwin sold me a used 2010 CX-9 in 2015 even convincing me to purchase the extended warranty. Smooth transaction, at a time when I desperately needed a vehicle, securing a "trust" in Irwin. 2 years later, I notice an odd leak and sensibly tow the car to the "trusted" Irwin Service.
