Professional and helpful Very good experience. Frank was professional and cut straight to the point on any issues I had. Main issue was getting there but that's just the breaks when you don't have a car and need to take public transit to get to the dealership.
Service The service team was professional, took time to assist me with my need. The service advisor was very good and knowledgeable trying to assist me.
Great experience I bought my Navigator from Adam. He made it very easy . My vehicle actually arrived ahead of schedule. It seemed like even the paperwork was easy
great experience!! leased my second mkz hybrid from Irwin and the sales experience was hassle free and Wayne Calabretta was excellent in walking me through the process once again. The paper work that needed to be signed was fast and easy and explained to me so there were no mistakes.
Maintenance I am a 20 year customer. Never had a less than excellent experience.
