Great and Friendly Service I have been to Irwin for service due to the three or four recalls on my Mazda 3 Hatchback. I have received perfect service and ALL of the staff has been very friendly and thorough.

2 hour $80 oil change With an appointment, it still took 2 hours to do an oil change on my 2017 MKX, which cost $80. I think I will stick to Valvoline and other local Oil Change Service Centers in the future.

Easy Peezy This is the second Lincoln I leased from Irwin Lincoln. In both cases I found them accommodating, helpful, informative and friendly. They understood and met my needs and delivered a beautiful new vehicle on time as requested. I still remember on my first lease I dealt with Jay Irwin. I picked the exterior and interior colors from the brochure; big mistake as they are not true colors, especially the terracotta interior. Not flexible on price. I havePurchased Service personnel not too friendly. Especially the service manager. Service was over priced. I'm have purchased 4'cars from your dealership and couldn't get any kind of a price break. I will take my business elsewhere. Art Reinitz

Superb! Everyone in this dealership is a consummate professional. This review is for service on my car. The experience starts with the person who answers your call when you make an appointment or have a problem. I dealt with Alice who went out of her way to help me out when my car had an issue. Old school dealership I found Irwin Mazda to be an "old school" dealership, and not in a good way. In negotiating a price for my car the first thing the salesman pulls out is the 4 box work sheet. Once a price has been determined he has to take it back to the sales manager where they spend time discussing who knows what while the customer is left to wait.
