a wonderful experience Jeff Segan made a wonderful impression on my wife and myself. He explained the car in detail and made this experience quick and enjoyable. This is usually a horrible experience but felt very good at Irwin Mazda.

Amazing Customer service and deal It is my second purchase with the salesman John didn't realize this type of excellent service still exists John made the transaction comfortable amazing value and price . Great Experience Ever! Buying a new car is generally a difficult experience . I was the most relaxed and had the least amount of pressure with buying a new car from Gwen. Nothing Out There To Compare It to.... First walked in, and was greeted. Jonathan introduced himself and was very knowledgable about the CX 3 and the CX 5. Took both of the cars for a test drive, and Jonathan answered many of our questions. At one point I asked if he was in the maintenance department as the element of car buying at his dealership was missing one very annoying thing-High pressure selling!He knew way too much about these vehicles. Five Stars - Speed & Service My husband and I were in need of a reliable car on a budget. I had a positive experience with Irwin Mazda in the past, so we went in knowing exactly what we wanted. Gwen was friendly and didn't try to up sell us a higher model or vehicle. She answered all of our questions and found a great deal to fit our needs. great overall experience no pushy sales pople here. gwen did a trenendous job and had a ton of patience dealing with the myriad of changes and questions that i had. after a fair amount of research, i do think i got a good deal on a used CX5

My MKC THE BEST. Pleasure dealing with Travis, Jay and Wayne. Never owned a Lincoln before, have owned over 30 cars in the past 20+ years. Has all types of high end cars. This is the 2nd Lincoln I leased this year, traded in my wife's Lexus for this. Love the cars, great dealing with these people. Gave me more for my trade-in than even I thought it was worth. More than anyone else. Buy Lincoln, buy Irwin.
