Great experience Great experience on the purchase of my new car. Walked onto the lot and was greeted by Gwen. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle & the options available. Excellent Customer Service! I always have a great experience when dealing with Nick Cristosi. He always give me a complete assessment as to what repairs and maintenance are necessary for my car versus other things that can be postponed. He is probably the most honest service guy I ever met.

No More Cary Buying Anxiety I always dreaded car buying due to pushy sales people and the time involved. I made one phone call on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Gwen Gainfort at Irwin Mazda, later that afternoon, I drove out of their lot with my new car. Great car buying experience This is my second purchase of a new car from Irwin due mainly to Charlie Marquez. Charlie treats you with respect and works with you to get the car of your choice at a reasonable price. I have been buying cars for 50 years and I can truly say dealing with Charlie makes the process painless especially for me as a woman, since some dealers treat us differently then men. Charlie is an asset to Irwin.
