Go to Gwen Gainfort! Great experience. Went to buy a Mazda 3 Hatchback and Gwen took care of us and I drive home in my new car that day. I Would definitely recommend friends and family.

As pleasant as car buying can be! We had a fantastic car buying experience. Gwen Gainfort, was our sale person. She answered all of our questions thoroughly .She was knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly. We didn't feel pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Gwen made us feel like we were talking to an old friend. I would refer anyone I know to this dealership. Oh and Chuck Sarkady got us through the loan process quickly and painlessly.

It doesn't get better than this! I am a returning customer leasing another Mazda CX5. I loved my first CX5 and opted to do it again. The customer service at Irwin Mazda is exceptional from start to finish and I have to add service calls in between are the best experiences I have ever had! My sales team this time were so accomodating and helpful; Gwen, Charlie and Carlos made everything absolutley effortless for me. A great experiance leasing my Mazda Miata RF We came to Irwin Mazda to check out the new Mazda Miata RF. Gwen Gainfort assisted us showing what was available in the type of vehicle we were looking for. She then arranged a test drive of a similar car. Unfortunately the vehicle we wanted was not in stock, Gwen told us to be patient and she will find us the exact car we wanted. less than a week later she called and said car was available and when was pickup good for us. Traveled an hour to lease from Irwin - they are the BEST! Today I picked up my new 2017 MKX from Irwin Lincoln. This is the second vehicle I leased from Irwin. My salesman was Wayne Calabretta. What a refreshing experience! Went to Irwin Mazda to lease my dream car and trade in my old one. What a pain free experience; Working with Jay, Gwen and Charlie was seamless and enjoyable. I was in and out pretty quick and felt no pressure whatsoever. Compared with some other places, Irwin Mazda stand above all. Satisfied long term customer I'm on my 3rd vehicle with this dealership. Have had consistently excellent interactions with Jay, Gwen, and Charlie. This group listens, and provides honest feedback.
