We were not treated honestly Nothing clearly stated, we didn't see our XPLAN utilized, and the car we got is not up to our standards and never explained to us features we lost

Quick and comprehensive This is our second MKZ-HYB that we acquired. We traded a 2014 version for the current 2016 version. While the changes are evolutionary The new one has improved the quirks of the original (so they listened to the users comments). Our sales representative was fully prepared for us with the information we needed to complete the deal--we had a great experience with him 2 years ago.
