efficient friendly organized customer satisfaction I am on my fourth lease from Irwin I have looked elsewhere but always go back to Irwin they are honest, friendly customer oriented and always available. I will continue to lease because I have the same salesman who is always available no matter how small the problem. Their service dept has always accomadated me because I have some health issues but they have gone beyond my expectations for service.
Pleasureable and excellent! Excellent, pleasant, easy. Wayne was pleasant and knew everything we needed. He also delivered as promised. Previous purchase from another nightmare dealer 1 year prior saw how it should be done.
EXCELLENT dealership and sales people. Everything was beyond EXCELLENT from beginning to the end. We did not have to spend 4 hours getting the deal done. The car was there as promised and we were on our way.

Ask for Gill Truedsson. He will help you. He took the time & energy to show me everything with operating the inside of the car and walking me through the process with ease.
