Lack of service I went to Irwin Mazda on 11/28/ 2015 with my son to inquire about leasing a mazda 6 ,looked the car over for about 15 minutes opening all 4 doors, sitting in the car, checking everything out to make sure he liked the car. Stood around the vehicle for about 5 more minutes waiting for a salesperson to come and help us. Low-pressure environment, great experience I walked into Irwin Mazda knowing exactly what I wanted and needed it with a minimum of hassle. The entire team and especially Jay made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. Jay let the vehicle speak for itself, which reminded me why I am a Mazda fan. No pressure, no hassle, and a pleasant experience throughout. New Lincoln MKZ Visited Irwin Lincoln Mercury last week for a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. Process could not have been easier. All paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was done signing in less than a half hour. Jay went over the entire car with me sparing no details. Carlos was extremely easy to contact during the whole process. This is my second transaction with Irwin Motors and they now have a customer for life. Great job by everyone!

Great all around experience! I went in to purchase my first car and was greeted by Mike M. He was very friendly and helpful in helping me select the right car for me and giving me more than enough options to look for. Once the car was selected, the process was very smooth in getting me approved and helping me setup the payments. I would highly recommend this to friends and family and anyone else who wants great service and a great car.

Great Dealership This was a great dealership with all friendly workers. Mike Minneci was a very outgoing person who made my car buying experience great for a first time buyer. He got me approved and into a brand new car in a short amount of time. I would recommend to anybody I know.

Like Family 15 years ago we visited Irwin Lincoln in need of a new car. Although I had just come from work and probably looked homeless, we were treated like royalty by every member of the staff. We drove away in a Continental that served us well for years. My daughter actually gave the car a hug when we traded it in yesterday on an MKS. Yes, we went back to Irwin.
