Great Dealership Great customer service. Michael and Fred made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions about the vehicles that we were interested in. My son is very happy with his new Mazda 3. It is a great looking car and it rides smooth. Michael and Fred were awesome to deal with. vehicle delivery I picked up my car on Saturday, May 3rd. Everything went well,, but when I got home and inspected the car again, I saw scratches in the one of the doors (driver's side) which was poorly repaired with touch up paint. There is also a minor dent in the same general area. Did not expect this to be overlooked when the car was prepped for delivery.

Totally Painless Process I have bought new cars in the past, and one reason I keep them so long (I traded in a 19 year old Honda Civic and a 17 year Mazda Miata) is that the process of buying a new car has been so unpleasant in the past. Everyone at Irwin Mazda was very friendly and welcoming, and dealing with Wayne was a pleasure. He actually made the process fun! I will definitely recommend him and Irwin Mazda, and I will not hesitate to go back there when I decide to buy my next car.

Not your run of the mill car dealership My wife and I were in the market for a crossover-suv, as we have a 1 year old baby boy. Being that we are both tall (Wife is 5' 9'' and I am 6' 2'') we were looking for a second car, and something larger than our budget Nissan Sentra SR. The Best I recently leased a new MKX Lincoln from this dealer and all I can say is WOW! I was treated like a KING here. I shopped around and they beat the best payment I could find by $12 a month without negotiating. They truly did help me with leasing the car. Made sure it was the right vehicle for my family and I and were totally concentrated on my best interest. Bravo Irwin!

Vinnie was great! I had a quick, stress-free experience... Vinnie was great! I had a quick, stress-free experience and am very happy with my 2013 Mazda 3. Vinnie listened to my situation and what I was looking for. Vinnie and finance came through for me. I did not read previous ratings until now and I am so glad I didn't read the negative ratings, I may have missed out on a great deal. I would and have been recommending Irwin Mazda!

They are very unfriendly. the owner is a misreable old... They are very unfriendly. the owner is a misreable old women who needs a class in customer service. They took 40 days to repair my car and then someone stole my daughters Ipod out of the car. I would never buy anything from this crappy delaership again.
