Falls short Ok where to begin. I purchased my car and was very happy with both the no pressure and price on my new MKZ. From there everything went down hill quickly. I dive the car one day to the mall with the sunroof open, came out opened the sunroof and it cracked. Service said a rock hit it or something because there was a missing piece of glass. Simple and pleasant! I was ready to trade my SUV for something more sporty! I walked into the dealership and salesman Michael Minneci was ready to answer all my questions! He was delightful and made it easy to get the car in the color I wanted!Everyone at the dealership were very friendly and helpful! I am loving my new Mazda! I would definitely recommend Irwin Mazda!

Great Experience at Irwin I was following the MKC since it was announced. I sent Wayne a ton of e-mails before ordering the car, and after I ordered it. He always answered my questions timely and kept me in the loop of the latest MKC news and news on my MKC. He even set me up with Date Night and it was truly a great weekend. Great experience Mike Minnicci was a fantastic sales consultant for this the lease of our new CX-5 Grand Touring. I went in with a price in mind and within 30 minutes of "discussion" I walked out with a signed order for the vehicle at generally where I was looking to be. He was friendly and willing to negotiate to get the vehicle sold (leased). The car was delivered to us the following business day and squeaky clean. I have no complaints about the experience.

Just bought 1st Mazda Michael MInneci is an incredible employee. Having been an Assistant Manager in the call center for Verizon for many years I would have loved for all my employees to have been as thorough and as well spoken as he was! Even when he was unsure, he was able to obtain information in a timely manner! What a great employee and what a great Mazda. We love it!!!

My First Mazda I wanted to buy a new car that had great gas mileage. Charlie was incredibly knowledgable about all of the features on the new Mazda6. There was no pressure, just honest answers to my questions. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend Charlie at Irwin Mazda without hesitation!
