HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MY WIFE AND i WENT TO BUY A NEW MKS. We were told to ask for Jay Irwin. This guy didn't want to bother with us. He was not friendly. He didn't have any product knowledge about the car. I also asked about a used MKS. He pointed to a dirty one and said there. He didn't offer us a road test. All I can say is "STAY AWAY".

I am sorry you had a bad experience but I did not offer you a test drive in the Certified Pre Owned MKS as your wife said she was NOT interested in the used car. It was pouring rain and the vehicle was not dirty - in fact it was just detailed. I did open it up for you but again, your wife said she was not interested in it. my experience at Irwin Lincoln Dealing with Irwin Lincoln has been a delight. My salesman Mike Minneci was wonderful... He did everything to make us happy when purchasing our new Lincoln MKX. He was so sweet and couldn't do enough to help us find the car in the right color and with the equipment we wanted. Great experience I came into the dealership multiple times to look at the cars, test drive, and ask questions. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on me to buy until I was ready. I ended up with a Cx-5 grand touring and I am very happy with my decision!

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Irwin Mazda! I walked into Irwin Mazda just to take a look and ending up buying a car! My salesman was Michael Vaksman and he was awesome!
