Beautiful apartments and employees are very friendly and professional
if i had known what it would entail to live here,I would've lived anywhere else. Between the room not having been cleaned prior to move in, a hole cut in the floor for a month blocking the stairwell and any fire exits in that direction for a job that should have taken at most a week, and a security door that has not worked since mid August, the prices are excessive, and the name of IQ "luxury" apartments is a misnomer
Living here has been a really amazing experience. The management team is always there to help and make the stay fun and eventful. The maintenance team is extremely on point, they are quick to help, extremely friendly and caring, and always go the extra mile to solve our issues. I LOVE IQ

Honestly cannot think of a better place to live. IQ's management is amazing and they are always quick to respond and help out when needed. The apartments are very modern and have appliances that function properly. Bathrooms are very nice sized as well as closets and bedroom. Renewed my lease for next year and very excited I don't have to leave!
