IQ is the gift that keeps on giving! I was hooked months ago, so they didn't need to do anything. Most apartments only "give" until leases are signed, but it seems like IQ is going to consistently take care of its residents. My day was made today when I got a hard hat tour of the construction and in-progress rooms. This alone was a huge treat for me as an engineering student. But then they go and give me a $10 gift card to a new restaurant (could have gotten starbucks too), and snacks, and smart water, and hats! I am so exci... read more
Leased my first apartment today ! :) The staff were really nice.... Excited for move in day!!
I have my one bedroom reserved, lease signed and getting excited about move in day on August 15, 2016! It's amazing how quickly it is going up. I hope they have showers and not tubs, and a 60 inch TV is a plus. I will be a non student but look forward to the life young people bring. I give it a 5star. Ron G
