Awesome place, sweet pool! Great price too. Wouldn't live anywhere else.
Don't lease an apartment here. The gates to get in never work. The staff all tell you different things when you ask a question and give you the run around when you want to know something. There's not nearly enough parking for residents. I live here and my car got towed. Management will offer to bring some people's cars back free of charge while letting others pay for it themselves. It's all a bunch of bullshit.
Still settling in but the staff has been nothing short but amazing! I can only imagine the stress/traffic they must deal with on a daily basis with IQ being new and all, but all of them have been helpful, especially Charles! The pool is massive too!
