MY PEOPLE! Love love IQ... nothing but great experiences since move in day. Each staff member is incredible. The grounds are always in great condition and crew members are always circulating pressure washing, cleaning the pool or collecting trash in the garage. Their hard work does not go unnoticed! Love the gym, pool and tanning bed. 10/10 would recommend living here. Its worth the extra money! Thank you for a great year thus far!
I love IQ Apartments! Moving here my senior year was the best decision of my college experience! It takes student living to a whole new level, with the pool, hammocks, BBQ's, gym & tanning bed - these are only a few of my favorite things about living here. Not only are the staff so nice and friendly, they do everything they can to ensure safe and great quality student living! Thanks IQ for making my senior year the best year yet :-)
IQ has been awesome so far. There are so many amenities, the management is very interactive, and the apartment itself is high-end. There are some cons such as that it if you're coming southbound you have to make a U-Turn to get into IQ, which can be dangerous. Another con is that there aren't enough parking for guests. Overall, the place is great and definitely feels like a resort.
The most annoying apartment I ever lived in. Just watch my videos then you understand what I'm talking about. I wish I could record those people walking on upstairs also. I can here even their conversations sometimes. Terrible building, if you wanna move here you are just going to waste your money. Go somewhere nicer and quit. You won't feel peace at all here.
The apartment complex is extremely nice and the staff does an excellent job maintaining the property. Initially there were some issues regarding visitor parking but fortunately the staff has done an outstanding job to accommodate our guests by issuing visitor passes. Everyone in the leasing office is both genuine and respectful. Also, the maintenance crew is always accessible if you need anything taken care of. IQ apartments is a very friendly and welcoming business. The reason I call this a business is because the apartment itself is very costly since they obviously are the nicest apartments in the area, in fact from what I hear, the whole Tampa area. Now that being said because it is decently nice to future residents, looking on the inside I have noticed major flaws.
