This is the worst apartments I have ever heard, my friend's roommate always take her boyfriend home and stay overnight, my friend reported the situation to the leasing office, according to the policy, the roommate should be kicked out, but the leasing office ignored my friend's report, you know why, because the roommate has renewed her contract for next year, and the leasing office said if my friend could renew as well, they would help my friend change to another room, what a ridiculous apartment!
Living here feels like living in a resort. The rooms are spacious and the office staff really gives their all to help you. I would recommend IQ apartments to all my friends.
The room is nice and I really enjoy the pool. The staff is always helpful and there is always some type of event going on. A wonderful place for USF students, particularly medical students.

Love the location. Amenities are great. Apartment looked well maintained. Staff is friendly and professional.
