Do better for your residents during a flood. The apartment complex did not notify the residents on what to do during the flood and we had to hear everything through word of mouth. We weren’t even sure if we had to evacuate until one of our neighbors told us. And we were not even told where we should live for the night or when we could return. I know that nobody can control the flooding, but I am so thankful for ; our new manager (Yvette ?) , Joel , Tony , Enrique , Amanda and Shavon (spelling ?). Your team has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to take use of us who have been displaced. My daughter and I are so incredibly thankful for each one of you. We look forward to coming home soon 💙
The whole apartment complex flooded and they didn’t reach out to us the entire time it was happening. They sent us an email the following day but nowhere in the email states of any idea of when we can return. The only thing I saw the whole night was the notice that it is now unsafe to live here posted by the code enforcement department. I can only imagine the mold that will grow and the structural damage that has occurred. AVOID
I love that I get to live in this beautiful apartment with my three besties! The staff is so helpful and the pool is my favorite place to be at 💕
So far it’s been a good experience! The office is quick to respond when help is needed with something. They have a really nice study area with private study rooms, which has been helpful as a nursing student.
I love living at IQ! The staff is nice and I love the pool and study spaces. It feels like I am living at a Marriot resort.
I love it here!! Everyone’s so nice and accommodating and would definitely recommend! The pool and all of the amenities from the clubhouse are an added bonus!
IQ is the best, I love living here. Very nice clubhouse, pool, gym. I would recommend!
