IQ Apartments offers luxury style living for reasonable prices! Being right across from USF, It’s a great apartment complex for students being easily to school by the bus or walking. Definitely renewing my lease here!

IQ gives you the best experience for college living. They have weekly activities and giveaways which is pretty cool. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Overall it is as great place to live and a great price for quality.
The space is big and a good size for the price. It feels like luxury and the amenties are some of the best. The only downside as a student is that there is not a bus stop nearby. The maintenance is very speedy also.
I have had such a great experience here! The staff are all friendly and the place is nice and clean. Any minor issues I have had were fixed within a day. I would definitely recommend this place.
