I brought my son and his 2 friends and we loved it. The young lady Maria is awesome. She treated us like old friends. It is a beautiful property and clean.

I had a really bad experience at first but Giselle in the front office had maintenance in my apartment multiple times in one day to get everything fixed. Pest control came and got rid of the fleas I had when I moved in, but it's been a week and I'm starting to see a couple more again. That's my only complaint but that really isn't anyone's fault. IQ is a great place to live, don't be afraid to speak up about any issues because they will get it taken care of in the best way they can.
5 Stars! Best Luxuary affordable apartments for anyone but especially College Students! Main office/Customer service is just outstanding with Candace Farrell, Giselle Freeman, Courtney Beal and etc leading the way and being so great at doing their job! Free water, lights, cable, washer, dryer, and comes furnished, gym facility, and a pool! Really not sure what all the complaining is about this is a spanking brand new apartment and already is the best in town others can't compete. Would really recommend moving here.
I have lived at IQ for 6 months and wouldn't live anywhere else. The location is optimal for USF students. The appearance and amenities are a sight to see. Excellent front office staff. No need to waste your time looking elsewhere!
If your looking for a place to live by USF I highly suggest IQ apartments. It's so close to campus and the amenities are amazing. It's one of the only apartments around with a parking garage, the study rooms are magnificent, and I go to the 2 story gym almost everyday and love it. This apartment has everything I could ever ask for and more!
IQ is an amazing place to live! The pool, gym, tanning, bed, hammocks, and the friendly staff are some of the best things about this apartment complex! It is a very protected and safe place to live. The giveaways and events that are held are such a plus! Thank you IQ for making my living experience the best one yet:)
Can't express enough how kind the staff is. They always are trying to make sure everything is okay! We submitted a matience request once because a lightbulb burnt out and they were there replacing it the very next day. The pool and gym are my favorite parts!
