My incredibly poor experience is with Intuit Merchant Payments, as it was related to my online Intuit Quickbooks account. For context, I run a marketing agency and have Clients, which I'll refer to in this review. I will premise this with the fact that I am incredibly frustrated and angry as in the last week I've been on the phone with them 5 times, 1-2 hours each, that's 5-10 hours on the phone with Intuit in the last week! This company continues to screw me over. Randomly holding thousands of dollars in payments to me for no explainable reason other than "It's being reviewed". How can this be how business is done in 2019. I'm stuck with mounting late fees and overdrafts trying to keep a business rolling while Intuit holds my money.

Before you pay for Payroll services to Quickbooks Intuit think... If something will go wrong with tax filing or your employees' data they will not help you. This is very sensitive. You are dealing with government agencies and QuickBooks simply does not care. You would think you pay for the service, and yet... To have Payroll service with Quickbooks it is like not to have it at all

There should be an option to give 0 stars. This company is terrible and should be out of business. Turbo Tax charges a ridiculous amount of money to file your taxes, but will not let you access your prior years returns. Their only option is to call the IRS. If I use your software to file my taxes, I should be able to access my documents for free! I should not have to contact the IRS, when I pay over $100 to file my taxes through turbo tax! I will definitely file my taxes with H&R Block next year.

I used their online filing system and when my taxes were rejected, I sought a refund. I was unsuccessful in getting help and had to pay a tax professional to file my taxes for me so I ended up having to pay double to have my taxes filed. When I called to ask for support, I was told that refunds are not offered even if I'm not satisfied with their product. I will not be using TurboTax again.

After being a subscription customer for years I tried to get a $40 refund and they were unwilling to put a supervisor on the phone. Absolutely amazing. They stink.

This company does not are about their customers. I have been a loyal customer for more than 18 years. Intuit quit servicing my 2013 Point of Sale program in 2018. The program was becoming more and more glitchy so I started considering upgrading in August of 2019. I finally spent more than $3k upgrading after speaking to the POS sales department for weeks. At the end of 2017, I purchased quickbooks 2018 Multi-user program for just under 2000.00 I had quickbooks intuit install the program. Since that time, I have contacted quickbooks over twenty to twenty-five times because my multi-user program has not worked properly since purchasing this product. They fix it and a month to two later I am calling them again. They refuse to fix the issue and they want to sell me a warranty on something that never work properly in the first place. quickbooks phone support is the worst thing ever , when someone finally answer the phone over sea they make you go through a lot to get help and then hang up the phone before they transfer you again, i've been waiting for someone to pick up now 51 minutes and counting
