I would give them zero stars if possible. We have been a customer for many years and up until recently they were pretty decent. We are no longer able to process direct deposits for employees because they have decided to put caps on the amounts we are allowed to send via direct deposit. When you pay for a payroll service they should not hinder a companies ability to pay its employees using this method.
