My platinum veneers changed my smile. I have CKD-4, I get a lot of infections and treatment. Which requires a lot of dental work. But my smile has not been the same. Instasmile gave me back my smile and they have the best customer service.

I love my instasmile I had to take my impressions 3 times I got the pretty fast probably 2 weeks I would recommend but just remember not it may not work for some

This company is a scam. They are running a fraudulent business. They do not provide refunds and they offer no way out. Once you give them money you will never see it again. Read the reviews. Run as fast as you can!

love them, always took care of any problems i had such as a refit or questions love Jayne she is so helpful thanks i love mine! beautiful

This is by far the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I ordered my set of veneers in early August 2020 for my wedding at the end of Sept 2020. I ordered the expedited shipping (for an additional $100) to receive my order within 3 weeks as advertised. The first set of impressions failed. No big deal, I still had time, second set failed, I still have time but am running out. Now I'm getting frustrated since I had to wait another 2 weeks for new putty to be sent out to try it a third time. I followed the instructi... read more

I have been dealing with this company for almost 2 years!! They took $500 still no product or refund!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered the top and bottom veneers in 2019. I've sent in multiple sets, asked for a refund after multiple sets and only six months. They refused, they told me I needed to purchase more materials, once covid started I couldn't get a reply for several months, I recently wrote them to get more material to send in impressions yet again . And now they have told me. It's been to long for me to get new material , I can't get a refund . I have to start all over and buy everything all over $700. This is such a rip-off.

Worst unprofessional company. My impressions were denied and they told me I had to pay 140 for a new kit. I had this financed thru a company. If I had money like that I wouldn't had it financed. Sent back multiple emails with pics and request for a impression kit for free. No response as of today. I called cs and they were rude. I'm stuck paying monthly payments for item I don't have because I don't want this too hurt my credit. If I had seen BBB I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THIS!!! BEWARE
