If you have a payment problem with Instasmile, your account will be cancelled and you forfeit whatever amount you have paid. No exceptions. My method of payment was hacked and I was given a new card. It took 10 days to get the new card. Instasmile notified me of the problem by using an email sender address that did not include Instasmile. It went to my spam folder. They sent me another email the same way 7 days later notifying me I was in default on my contract and forfeited over $400 in payments made. Calling customer servi... read more

I am unable to locate an order using the name or email address provided. Generically speaking if a payment is missed, we send a notification to the customer to ask them to bring this up to date within 7 days as this is a breach of contract as per the terms and conditions accepted a the point of sale. If after 7 days the payment has not been received and the customer has not contacted us, we reach out to advise the order is closed due to contract breach - these are standard communications. Awful , just awful. Dont be fooled by the pictures. They are probably fake. I tried it and the teeth look completely fake. Like ***************** in the mask . They have not given me the time of day or my money back. Save yourself dont ever order these.

I placed an order and was told later on I am not qualified. Instead of just offering a refund, they are still wanting me to pay $159 for a "cancellation fee". How does that work when they said I cannot use their product? Company is run by scam artists, stay away. Luckily, I used an installment plan. It may hurt my credit to not pay, but I'm sure their will be a class action at some point because their practices are very questionable, to say the least.

We received an order for a top and bottom instasmile. In the order process there is a step by step click through in which we specify the required teeth for the product to clip to. This customer proceeded to place the order but after the impression was taken, it transpired the correct clipping teeth for the upper to be viable were not present. They took my money and I never received my product. They kept asking for a redo of my molds which never got approved. No one ever reached out to help. Now I am out of my hard earned money and no product. Isn’t that considered theft? You take my money but produce no service or product? I’m highly disappointed! I’ve been a long time costumer, but after this experience, I’ve lost trust in this company.

The order was placed in October 2022 and the self impressions kit was dispatched and the impression process commenced. After a 2nd attempt which was not able to be approved due to the impression being warped, we had a discussion about a 3rd attempt with the customer, giving some advice on how to avoid that happening - that was in March. The process was fairly easy. They saw a picture of my teeth and told me what they can do. I have a gap in the back of my upper teeth and they made a veneer that attaches to the tooth in front of the gap then added a tooth. I only did the top. I made the molds and did one incorrectly and they let me know based on the picture i sent, they told me what i did wrong and I was able to redo the mold with success. I received my veneers quickly and they look nice. I got the darkest shade of white and they match nicely with my teeth. ... read more

Ordered from them years ago. Had sent them over $1200 and only received the starter box never received my veneers. After years of trying to get my money back because I knew I had been scammed I finally gave up. Its a real shame. They pay for their reviews. Anyone thinking of doing this save yourself the thousands of dollars. Their customer service is of no help and I have email threads of all their lies.

Total scam. Spend your money somewhere else. I did not receive my kit. I spoke with the company 3 times and each time was told I would get a refund. I never received a refund and the 4th time I contacted them, I was told it was too late to get a refund because they couldn't raise a complaint with ***so they would ship me a new kit for free, but I would have to pay a $149 administration fee. Total scam company

My Experience with Instasmile turned out to be a SCAM! I received my kit and made sure I followed directions. Once I received the product I opened it up and immediately Excited to try them on. Once inserting the upper veneer I noticed it was quite bulky in the front like I had buck teeth (not a natural look at all). I placed the bottom veneer and it didn't cover all my teeth. Some teeth were missing on the veneer. Not to mention very bulky, and difficult to eat with. So now I'm attempting to eat with missing teeth as well. I... read more

We have provided a fully fitting set of veneers to fulfill this order. With all products we do advise of an adjustment period which may include a lisp at first, and a feeling that the veneers are bulky but this is due to having something covering your teeth which normally would not be there - and the adjustment of having teeth in place of gaps, where you had missing teeth before.
