I rarely leave reviews, but I feel its important to share my experience with Instasmile.The impression process is extremely difficult, far more than the website makes it seem. After several attempts, I still couldnt get impressions approved. Only later did I learn that they actually expect customers to need up to 7 tries something that should have been disclosed upfront.Whats even more concerning is their refund policy. They only allow refunds within 3 days of purchase, yet it takes 2-3 days for the kit to arrive. That leave... read more
This company is a scam they refuse to give me a full refund and want me to spend more money with them after already paying 300
Ive had a tough time with InstaSmile. My first veneers came with a problem, so I had to send them back. When I got the replacement, the original issue was fixed, but a new problem showed up. Now it looks like I may have to send them back again, if they allow it. Disappointing to go through this more than once.
Delivery was prompt and well- packageed. The veneers fit perfectly, the color matches my teeth, and they've held up well for month.
From buying the kit to the teeth arriving was a great experience, layed out instructions and plenty of emails. Great end product feels weird to smile after hiding it for so long.
I wear them for photoshoots and they've never let me down. The finish looks great on camera.
At first they felt a little odd, but I got used to them in a day. Theyre light, easy to use, and great for a temporary boost.
