ToTA( SCAM. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND shut down,...they lead you on telling you your impression failed...they then approve it and cancel service and only give a parcial refund on the amount you país they stole money from me . THEY failed to compete the talk I paid for and still charged me..Class Action Lawsuite..is in order!

Unfortunately on this occasion the customer was unable to provide an impression that was sufficiently accurate enough to move forward with the order. We appreciate the customer found this frustrating and we did try to assist, however, communication with the customer broke down and a refund of the order less the administration fee was processed in line with the terms and conditions.

Rip Off I spent $800.00 for top veneers. When they arrived they looked like they were beaver teeth. I emailed them and filed a complaint. They told me to stop paying and they were going to send me a new mold kit. I received the kit and sent back. About 3 weeks later they sent me pictures of the new product which was to be a thinner material. The pictures did not look any different then the first product. We have Stephen's Instasmile here to send out but unfortunately his payment plan is in default and in the terms of the contract, payments must be kept up to date for orders to progress and final products to be sent. We have sent an image of the product to Stephen to show that we can send out as soon as he reconvenes his payments but he is not willing to do so, therefore we are in a deadlock situation.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!!! SCAM! Scam! Scam! Scam! Scam! BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU A RIDICULOUS PAIR OF VEENERS! AND THEY SAY THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! We are currently awaiting further visual evidence from the customer in relation to the product being tight and causing pressure and pain on the teeth - this was not reported initially it was only an expectation issue, if there is a fit issue we will happily look into this again and discuss the options. I'M ANOTHER victim that instasmile took my$ and still haven't received my order and playing email tag about the order and can't get anyone to help me. It's like they really don't care. It's going on a month now and it's the same thing over and over again. Send in your pictures of teeth,send it off they email you back saying it's not the right impressions to schedule a appointment wait for the call and nothing ever happens. How can you just do that to people and the response time of communicating with the customers is horribl... read more

We have been trying to contact you to discuss you order but haven't been able to connect. Each time after our call attempt (17th, 29th, 30th September, and 14th October) we have sent an email with a link for you to schedule a call with us at a time convenient to yourself but we haven't had a booking. Deceptive advertising practices. They present like they operate in Canada and they do not. Customer service is very unresponsive

Instasmile are great. The product itself is fantastic and the the same can be said for the service. They were very helpful in the making of the perfect impression for me. I would highly recommend them to get perfect smile.

Fantastic product, backed up with excellent pre and after sales service. I would 100% recommend Instasmile!! They look great but thereÂ’s no click when I put them on like the bottom ones do but they will be fixing anything that I posted in the video I sent them, when I get them back I will let you know then
