Please Please read the reviews. Don't trust this company with your money. You might as well kiss it goodbye as they will use every excuse in the book to not even send you the product or your refund back. They just recently changed their terms and conditions to make it easier for them to walk away your money. They are probably trying to compensate for their lost revenue during the pandemic by pocketing easy money.
Horrible company is what instasmile is. Once you make a payment just kiss your money goodbye. Their customer service is the worst I have seen. I sent them a picture of my impression and took over weeks to hear back from them. Then they told me to send more pictures and I did. After that I never heard from them again until I after I sent our lots of messages and they finally replied and then asked for more pictures? I would give them 0 star if I could.. Beware with the clip on venners they sale.. It last 1 month only... I quick ran out of my 3 chances to have the replacement and I got the heavy duty one and expensive.. that was a scam.. $1000 to mask your teeth for 4 months plis the wait time for the replacement to come doesn't make sense

I had researched Instasmile for 2 years and finally decided to make the purchase in 9/2020. I still have no product. Its been a horrible experience. I did receive the impression kit fairly quickly, howeverÂ’ you have to receive an activation call from them before you proceed. I called they had an outgoing message stating they were not taking calls due to covid. I kept leaving messages I got a response 6 MONTHS later. This company is awesome! They provide an alternative to expensive COSMETIC dental work. I think if something is wrong with the product most likely it's just because the impression. They do a really good job of assessing the impression before having you send it because it's the key to getting a good product. I had one and lost it so I've recently ordered a new one. The one I had fit the gum line and was a tad bulky but that is to be expected. I was happy with the product I got and I think it's a great alternative to tradition... read more

I also agree with the previous statements here. I sent my initial email for impressions never got a response from them so I sent my impression in. They never emailed, call or texted they received them. So I called in and was told my impression was denied. They sent a replacement kit which I delayed in doing it sat in my fridge for about 7 months prior to doing the impression and sending the email for acceptance. At least they responded this time. Giving 1 star only because there is not an option for zero. Purchased a double arch from instasmile. The next day, I had a question and realized there was no way to contact anyone other than emailing and waiting for someone to get back to you. Started looking into the company and found many issues so I decided to cancel my order the day after I placed it. Company said that they will refund me within 14 days.
