My instasmile veneers look amazing and comfortable...i would recommend instasmile..
I have never dealt with a company like yours. I bought my top veneers and after receiving them, they could not even fit me. I was denied a refund because it was past 14 days. That was in February and now it’s September and I’m told that I need to re buy a whole new order. Wait? You took my $747 and gave me nothing in return for it and decide you can override scam by saying it’s a policy? You are a fraud and need to be shut down. You stole from me!! Beware of this company. They are scam.

I gave Instasmile five stars for the fact it took me 2 times to get the impressions down pat, this went on for six months I just received my final product on September 15, 2020.I was very frustrated during the course, due to the strict requirements of Instasmile wanting to get the impressions just right before moving on to the final process and delivery. I had made an order for top and bottom veneers back in May 2020. I received the putty for the molding, after I sent my pictures of the teeth moldings they rejected my pictures and needed me to do it again. I did everything right, even though it was very uncomfortable to do. I then did not want to continue with the process so I requested a refund by email because the customer service phone line was closed due to covid 19. doesn't even deserve 1 star. Three months later I am still looking for my uppers, to which I have not heard back in a while from. My lowers came in, did not fit at all, and looked like my teeth do now, no difference. So, what was the purpose? They look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the commercials. Bad product
After reviewing the company excessively I was excited to try these veneers. I ordered the platinum top and bottom. When I finally received them I tried them out for a week like most reviews say however, I was unable to eat in them as my back teeth don’t close properly and they do not allow my natural overbite. The veneers are custom made and sometimes the impression is slightly inaccurate as the instasmile veneers follow our customers natural gum line. Horrible, unprofessional company. Placed an order in June. Had 5 impressions rejected which I will gladly post pics here of. The impressions, especially the last ones were perfect. Already dished our $60 for the impressions kits (which is just ridiculous to have to pay for some friggin putty). Told them I wanted my money back and was told that since it’s past the 14 days, they couldn’t refund me. So basically I received no product, lost $700 and have nothing to show for it. instasmile has literally given me my smile back! I considered going to the dentist to discuss my options but everything was too expensive. A friend suggested instasmile so I thought I would give it a go. The impressions were easy to take and the fact I could do all this from home was great.
Excellent product for the price. I'm glad I chose to expedite the product as I've got it in time for my vacation.
