Instasmile is the most unprofessional rip off company I have ever dealt with. After $599 initial investment, several Impression kits at $30 each and $70 Impression rescue kits, just to have Impressions rejected (even with video coaching). I received an email which clearly stated last Impressions were rejected. But a month later received the cheapest clown teeth clip on veneers that will NOT fit over my teeth. They will scam you for your money I have wait two and half months just to get my refund I have made three impressions paid for another kit Nothing I did was good enough for them either the party wasn’t mixed well or the impressions drag something always went wrong it’s just a big scam Every time I ask about where my refund is they said they would get back to me they never do I have to keep on and keep on until I fall in getting an answer and then the say it’ll be there next month just to shut me up and then they will say it’... read more

Hi Vanessa Thank you for your review. Your refund of $200 was completed on 2nd July 2020. The $100 we retained is an admin fee that is clearly advised in the terms and conditions all customers have to read and agree to before the order is placed.
