This is a fraudulent company. They tell one lie after the other. I purchased top and bottom veneers from this company on June 29, 2020 for a little over $1,100. On our around July 07, 2020 I was told that I was not a candidate and that I would be refunded what I paid less $100 in administrative fees. I contacted them to get a full breakdown of the exact amount I would be refunded and when. So I was and still am in a desperate position after busting my front teeth out during a random accident a few years ago. Well another mishap occurred and I began to search for a solution. I was a returning customer. On 6/24/2020, they informed me that they wouldnÂ’t be able to move forward with my product and that a refund would be issued within 30 days. On 7/21/2020 I inquired about the status of my refund. I received a phone call on 7/22/2020 stating my refund would be processed on 7/24/2020. SCAMMMMMM! If I could give no stars I would! They got me for $400!! Ok so I ordered end of April/Beginning of May I researched and thought it was forsure the best company there good review overpower their bad. SO I ordered just the top to try it out I wasn't about to spend 1000 on both when Idk how they was gonna come out.. etc. So I ordered the top first to see if I liked it before I threw the rest out. Very unprofessional!! I am beyond upset. I paid for upper and lower platinum veneers. After going through the entire acceptance of impressions which took several attempts I waited several weeks. I finally received an email my order was complete and sent by *****. What I did not know is order would be coming from the UK. It had to clear customs during the covid pandemic so more waiting. I receive them finally today and they sent ONLY the lower! I go to the website and chat with an agent as this is the only way to get to them ... read more

I do not recommend this place. I have been having trouble with them and finally i canceled my account and asked for a refund. They said it would take 30 days to receive my refund. Well it has been 30 days and nothing has been refunded. Its hard to ahold of anyone.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I was in process of ordering my husbands veneers, it took days for them to reply and customer service was very complicated and unprofessional, I made the first payment through quad pay (First payment was received and second was/is trying to come out tomorrow) which is a set up of 4 installments my husband was rejected and I was sent an email saying I would get an refund with in the first 30 days. Bad customer service and a ripoff it is been 3 months I failed two impressions kits and they said someone would call me 4 times and I never received a call and keep trying to take money out I am not paying for something I ain't got and not gonna received if I did pass the impression it would be six months or more total and they think I am gonna be paying on something I have not received I did not sign up for lay a way now trying to bully me about paying them with no product on God that want happen

Instasmile is the most unprofessional rip off company I have ever dealt with. After $599 initial investment, several Impression kits at $30 each and $70 Impression rescue kits, just to have Impressions rejected (even with video coaching). I received an email which clearly stated last Impressions were rejected. But a month later received the cheapest clown teeth clip on veneers that will NOT fit over my teeth.
