So frustrated!! I have now provided 3 sets of impressions and they have all failed. I get no more or further advice other than watch the video and reminders on how to hold and insert the tray into my mouth. It was so convenient that they offered a credit option. I did not have to pay the $1,100 up front. I was so excited about this process and now i am nothing but disappointed and discouraged. I purchased these veneers top and bottom platinum edition roughly around 3/01/2018. I have since then been trying to submit my impressions. I would follow instructions, email the company the photots, they would approve, I would send them in, they would be returned as failed. This has happened multiple times. I bought the classic and the platinum veneers. Excellent Product and TOP NOTCH customer service. Even when your impressions fail they make feel like you have a support team behind you. I love the product and if needed I will buy again and again!!!!
I have never in my life been scammed as badly as I was by this company. Please read this before purchasing any product from them. My list of complaints: 1) The shade I ordered was nothing like that on the pictures. I ordered a slight off white and they came to me straight yellow. 2) It is cheap plastic. Very Friendly staff, and Good product all together. Would recommend
I have $1200 worth of veneers I don't even want to wear because they are so embarrassing. Customer service wasn't great at all. You have to pay extra for anything more you need for the mold if it messes up. And it's impossible to get your money back if your unhappy with the product. But you can spend more money so they can remake them. Horrible experience I'd try another option.

I think this is such a money scam! I paid over $1,000 got my impressions needed help and canÂ’t reach anyone at Instasmile by Email, or phone! RIDICULOUS! Now they have my money and IÂ’m stuck with some plastic mouth pieces and no smile fixed ! I feel robbed!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was in a terrible accident and my teeth were broken, when I came across into smile I was so excited because then I would have my life back. I did my research I called the company and asked many questions. I then proceeded to purchase the veneers and never made it past the imprinting process. Well to get things started this has been going on since June 4th,2020. After a 1st attempt at an impression I failed. And so now it seems I'm stuck in there grasp of B.S. ever since( Today is Oct 26th,2020). They ask you to set up a call with an impression specialist but they never call you.
