From the day I decided to contact instasmile dealing with them has been so easy , taking the prints was the start of the exciting process , I was updated frequently along the way , I have had issues with chipped and missing teeth , what I was looking for were veneers I could eat with and wear at all times , the day I received my veneers I was like a kid on Christmas morning , when slipped the veneers on the change was instantaneous , I m always smiling now , love taking pictures and look younger , cant ask for more . I placed an order with InstaSmile and paid for the top and bottom veneers in 2018. Unfortunately after receiving them I had to take care of a relative doing hospice and then in 2019 I was involved in a car accident. Ive had multiple durgeries and procedures since. I know its been some time but I am finally on the mends and they advised me that my order was closed do to old company sold in liquidation..and cannot refund or complete my order. Purchased a impression kit and my first impressions were denied. Purchased second impression kit, had professionals perform the impression which were perfect, these to were denied by instasmile. Requested a refund and was told the 2 week period for refund had passed and no refund would be given. It took over 2 weeks for the first kit to arrive. Total scam.
Paid £800 for platinum veneers they arrived extremely uncharted to put in as they were fat to small I did exactly what the assistant told me to do as she walked me th the procedure they were if no use I offered to return them as they were going to remake them , fabulous , unfortunately covid arrived , I lost my father To covid my mother had 2 heat attacks and 4 strokes fury to my fathers death , I was in no fit place to even think about doing the new imp for the veneers , I was about to do the impressions when I noticed the... read more

Unfortunately this order was placed in November 2018 with Denlab Direct whom liquidated in December 2019. The brand Instasmile was purchased out of liquidation by Smile Lab Solutions and we tried to work with this customer. Their additional impressions kit (which was provided free of charge in July 2020) had expired. In June 2021 as a goodwill gesture a further impressions kit was sent free of charge and a deadline of 90 days given to complete the process. ToTA( SCAM. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND shut down,...they lead you on telling you your impression failed...they then approve it and cancel service and only give a parcial refund on the amount you paÃs they stole money from me . THEY failed to compete the talk I paid for and still charged me..Class Action Lawsuite..is in order!

We appreciate the customer found this frustrating and we did try to assist, however, communication with the customer broke down and a refund of the order less the administration fee was processed in line with the terms and conditions.
