My Experience with Instasmile turned out to be a SCAM! I received my kit and made sure I followed directions. Once I received the product I opened it up and immediately Excited to try them on. Once inserting the upper veneer I noticed it was quite bulky in the front like I had buck teeth (not a natural look at all). I placed the bottom veneer and it didn't cover all my teeth. Some teeth were missing on the veneer. Not to mention very bulky, and difficult to eat with. So now I'm attempting to eat with missing teeth as well. I... read more

We have provided a fully fitting set of veneers to fulfill this order. With all products we do advise of an adjustment period which may include a lisp at first, and a feeling that the veneers are bulky but this is due to having something covering your teeth which normally would not be there - and the adjustment of having teeth in place of gaps, where you had missing teeth before. My experience with Instasmile has been nothing but absolutely positive! I was wary of the process of making my mold and having my clip-in veneers fit, but it was easy! There was a representative with me every step of the way, providing advice on how to create my mold, as well as educational videos. Once my mold was approved, I received my Instasmile very quickly, and it fit perfectly. I can't even feel it in my mouth and I can eat and drink with it, plus it looks amazing - just like real teeth. I am missing a couple of teeth on my right top side and I can though I always had full intention of getting them replaced with implants, life happens and 6 years later I'm still left with a big embarrassing hole . I didn't smile , i spoke carefully as to not "show" my missing teeth! It was awful! My self esteem has taken a huge toll .. and depression inevitably set in . I ordered a kit and paid the full amount never received a kit or any acknowledgment of my order at all except that my bill was paid in full

I have searched our archive to locate an order that was place in April 2021. The impressions kit was dispatched via USPS tracked service on 04/27/2021 - we never had any contact from the customer again in relation to the order, which in effect would have expired a year later on 04/07/2022 in line with the terms of the contract. Having said that, I have made further investigation and can see that the customer did continue to pay scheduled installments all the way through to April 2022. I was scammed. After paying $500.00 was advised that I don't fit the program. I received the kit, followed instructions but denied with no explanation. They are willing to refund $350.00 not the $500.00 I paid. In other words they choose to deny me and charged me $150.00 for "admin fees". THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

On checking the order placed on 1st August 2022, I can see that as the customer has too many missing teeth for the product to clip to and therefore the Instasmile is not suitable. During the order process, there are specific questions regarding which teeth must be present for the Instasmile to work. This customer has no *** on one side deeming them unsuitable. I love my new Instasmile. Thank you for making this product affordable for everyone. At 60 years old I was no longer happy with my smile. These clip ons will always be a part of my life. They are easy to attach to my teeth and look beautiful. Thank you Instasmile!😊😊

I am absolutely in love with my new smile. I have dreamed of new, white, perfect teeth and now I have them. I've been in touch with customer service and they have answered back immediately. I will probably always keep of set of these clip on's as long as I live. Thank you so much Instasmile.

I cannot fault these guys at all, so thank you instasmile !!! I didn't get my impressions the 1st time, but they were very helpful when I spoke with them, especially Megan, she's so funny !!!. It took about 5 weeks from placing my order to receiving my veneers, and I love them. They do feel a bit odd at first I will admit, but I got used to wearing them in a few days. I love how they make me look, and I'm smiling all the time now.

Instasmile Has been such a pleasure to deal with since the very beginning they made the process so easy from beginning to end. I am so happy with my new set I was feeling very insecure before as I used to have perfect teeth and all of a sudden they just started to deteriorate and I have two missing in the front I have my self-esteem back and I feel great now thanks chance to smile
