I wish I had firstly read the companyÂ’s reviews. Having paid for upper clip on veneers (up front in full in Sept) after being assured that they did have an Australian office. It now appears that the office is simply a representative office in name only which is deceptive for Australian consumers who are reluctant to buy from overseas suppliers. I purchased my instasmile February i still haven’t gotten my product’s I’m so upset I made a complaint still no resolution!! I have spent over hundreds dollars for materials and shipping. Every impression has failed!! My dentist office did my impressions they accepted and then told me to sign a waiver because I used a different putty!! The disclosure stated that they wouldn’t be responsible for any damages and if they didn’t fit!! Why would I pay over 1700$ for a product that potentially will not be useful! I’m warning you all now, the rave reviews may seem alluring, but there’s why their rating is low. Turn away. I as met with friendly customer service emails ensuring and assuring the guarantee of the product I bought. I paid for their services. They sent impressions—which is your run of the mill generic impressions kit. Sidenote, none of the trays they provide fits your mouth comfortably. I asked for a refund at the end of September, they took almost 2 weeks to reach out to me and said they will not process the refund until the 4th of November. I have not had a product made and only used the impression kit on top of more putty and then paid my own shipping for every failed impression after the first 2 initial fails. I told them I understood their admin fee of $100.00. If you are able to process funds out of our accounts right away there is no reason why it should be 30 days to process a refund! I ordered my instasmile in February and still no smile I’m so disappointed. The representative are so rude and unwilling to help!! I have did over six impressions and they say eve has failed!! Considering that I was in a payment plan I feel they failed until I was able to pay in full!! I get no response back or late blank responses !! I have a event on the 10th and really wanted to have my new smile!!

I ordered the classic A1 back in April did my impression sent it in and it failed due to lack of depth got another set of molds and after sending pictures and it being approved I sent it in and it was denied yet again due to lack of depth (again) which is ridiculous since some of my teeth are cracked which means the depth wouldn't be as deep as some of the other teeth I don't get how they expect me to add any more depth to a tooth that's cracked let alone the fact that they approved it.. An extremely abusive marriage unfortunately resulted in my losing numerous teeth due to his beating me so badly. Toward the end of the misery I was able to begin making payments to them for upper snap on veneers. By the time I was able to escape the misery I had finally paid them in full and was sent the impression kit. Once they get your money you get nothing! Instasmile just keeps telling you to send more photos, more photos, and they give you the runaround through computer generated emails. They say they are in the US, they DEFINITELY are not! You are also told you CANNOT CALL them to discuss the matter. They inform you you can pay MORE MONEY for a rush fee (which I did) only to get the same excuses.
