Pushy sales reps. Did not save any money with them. My bill went up also would not receive my bill after I switched to them. When I canceled they were rude and kept trying to sell me stuff. Would not recommend them.

So INSPIRE, illegally trespassed and solicited in an area they were not allowed in. Their employee LIED and said she "REPRESENTED THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, and they were there to REGULATE Atlantic City Electric." When I answered the call she had made to me and responded apparently that was me agreeing to a THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER!! I had just moved to the area had just literally came back from LIHEAP (because I have mental and physical disabilities) so I thought thats why they were there asking for my ACE bill. I answered the door to my home and Matt said he needed to verify my energy supplier and in order to do so, he needed me to supply him with my energy bill, so he could check if my status was correct. He said he had just come from checking all my neighbors and I was the last one on the block that needed to be verified, and my cooperation with this matter was required immediately. Goodbye, Matt. About 1/2 hour ago a young man came to my door with all his Inspire insignia attached. I listened and tried to demonstrate an open mind. Unfortunately, I did show him my Penelec bill; I kept trying to get him to get to the point as I knew he was not there just to give me information about Inspire and green energy. I refused to give him my phone # or home email and am glad I did not because I finally realized he was trying to sign me up with Inspire at an initial rate of about $45.00. Let me tell you how the experience was with one of their door to door salesman yesterday. Spoiler alert: It ends with me calling the police, the PUC, PPL and filing a complaint with the state attorney general! The deceit and dishonesty with this company is unreal. Inspire Rep. "Brittany" rang my bell Monday July 16 wanting to check my bills to see if I would be "negatively impacted by upcoming changes in PECO's billing." She was soliciting in a gated community with "NO SOLICITING" signs. She tried to use scare tactics with senior citizens (this is a 55+ community) And she was pushy about asking to see my bills. This is a shady operation and dressing up a cute girl with a nametag and a clipboard doesn't mean it's not a scam.

My sales person, Heather Ford, was upfront and the rate was competitive, but when i saw the BBB reviews on the Inspire "corporate leadership" tactics I cancelled. Customer service was also professional and efficient. Why do the "leaders" always try to make us out to be fools, and ruin a good concept?
