As soon as the contract ended they doubled the rate, as soon as they found out I was leaving they tripled it. Avoid this company and their predatory tactics. The rate they are charging is nearly triple the going rate for their delivery charges. They stole every penny I saved by signing with them in 2 months, almost $200 in over charging since they knew I was leaving.

Clean energy at a good price the salesman made it really easy for me. I got the fixed rate in west penn.

Very aggressive sales approach. The two women who showed up at my door asked for a copy of my PSE&G invoice and started inputting my info from the bill to sign me up, asked me to sign without indicating this act would change our provider. This was after I clearly told them I would NOT sign up for anything at the door and asked them to leave info for me to do some research with. I refused to sign and the abruptly left in a huff. Shady approach. I can see how someone can easily get fooled into signing up.

I signed up with Inspire a 5 months ago by a door to door rep and everything is good so far i saw a lot of bad reviews and was very skeptical but everything seems right as it was described. i live in pittsburgh with duquene light don't know if that has anything to do with it

Don't believe anything any sales man tell you. Back in December 2016 a "very nice gentleman" came to our door telling us that we needed to choice a provider, we were being ripped off and Inspire had a great offer blah blah blah. We trusted him and signed. I just received a bill for over $500 and I am in shock!!. I started looking at all of my bills carefully and each monthly invoice just kept getting higher and higher. Just had a door-to-door salesman imply he was working with PSE&G and said I wouldn't be eligible to take advantage of the Inspire offer unless I worked with him (this is all sort of half-true). This company seems to use very aggressive and shady direct sales tactics. They are not doing their reputation any favors in upper middle class neighborhoods where me (and my neighbors) can see through the **. Imagine if he had actually presented the opportunity honestly instead of insulting my intelligence?

Stay away from this company. I signed up for Inspire by a door to door salesman. He promised to me that I will pay less than I payed at that time. Now my bill is almost twice bigger than I switch to inspire.

Hi, I never signed with this company and somehow they got my acc info and signed me. Basically they stole my info and are charging me the double on energy cost, Im paperless on Pepco so no idea how inspire got my info just noticed because my bill went to $300 from $80 bucks last month how do I get my money back?????

Terrible! I signed up with Inspire about 6 months ago at the Philly Home Show. The sales reps seemed to be very informative and trusting... truly interested in supporting the environment and promised me that I wouldn't see a drastic change in my electric bill (they said sometimes only by a few dollars). I have been on autopay with my electric bill and I just looked back at the previous months and realized I was paying almost DOUBLE than what I would be paying without using them.
