I was outside with my daughter when approached. Initially they said they were with ComEd trying to make certain people had switched to clean energy which the state wanted us to do and wanted to make sure we weren't being charged for something we didn't get. Then later they said they were with the State. I never signed anything because I saw it was an agreement to switch companies and I don't do that at the door. The gentleman and the girl he was training were nice and friendly and I feel slightly sorry for wasting their time... read more

You guys increase my provider charge for electricity by 500%. That's absolutely ridiculous. Your provider charge was more than my gas and electric put together x2. That's insane. And to top it all off no one at your company cares that you're representative came to my house and lied to me. So if you're a person that lives week 2 week or on a fixed income you've been warned.

Zhaibri was great and very informative, he explained everything and was cery knowledgeable about the process of utilizing inspire as my energy supplier. He was also very professional, you normally don’t get great customer service.

Shane Mock is a great sales representative. He answered all my questions & explained where my electric was coming from. He made sure I understood & wrote down all the information I needed. He even gave me a brochure. I will most definitely recommend him to my friends & family.
