Floyd and Sandra *****are two of the best instructors I've had the pleasure of learning from. I am a military veteran, and high honors college graduate; the knowledge and experience of these two instructors is unparalleled. I have learned so much more than I planned on learning throughout this course. Fantastic people, fantastic instructors and mentors.
Excellent excellent class. I learned so much from Floyd and Sandra. Sandra provided so much information that most classes wouldn’t give to their class. Floyd is a walking dictionary, glossary and so much more. I recommend to anyone that wants to be an inspector.
Floyd & Sandra Gibbs are phenomenal instructors. Their passion and knowledge of what it takes to be not just a successful home inspector for self but to really take the time to care for your client and house is so encouraging. Throughly enjoyed this class because of these instructors and would gladly do continuing education with them!
Tomorrow I will complete my class with ica fully prepared to take the national exam as well as the ar state ethics exam. Thanks to the dynamic teaching of floyd and sandra Gibbs i now have the confidence and knowledge to be successful in this business. ICA has done a fabulous job putting this course together... When I made up my mind that I was going to become an inspector, I went online and started to research. I really liked the ICA website compared to others. So, I picked up the phone and got a gentleman there named Dave to answer right away. It was one of the best training that I have received. There is an abundance of information to learn in a short period of time and our instructor "Patrick *****" did and excellent job of presenting the material beyond the slide modules to where you can better understand. My professor was Pat H****. He's a great teacher who goes WAY beyond the course material and teaches in a way that makes it stick better than it otherwise would. He genuinely cares about the students and wants everyone to succeed. He's just a great guy. ICA prep course is great as well with a lifelong course available and easy to navigate online material. Even if you didn't follow through with getting licensed, the course is worthwhile for anyone who owns or wants to own a home.
Patrick definitely made a long tough class enjoyable and easy to understand and take in so much information. He’s definitely a great teacher with tons of knowledge.
An amazing class with an amazing instructor! Clint not only went over the presented material but shared some invaluable insight on the true meaning of being a home inspector and how to run a successful company. His teaching style is engaging and in your face. A welcome style..... thank you ICA for sending us your best instructor.
