I was more than impressed with both Floyd and Sandra during the course of instruction. Teaching this type of course is very demanding as most of the students have very limited all around construction knowledge and some even none. Floyd is an incredible instructor that is obviously very passionate about this profession. Just took the course in NC. Instructors were Floyd and Sandra Gibbs. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend this program. Floyd and Sandra were professional and brought a real passion to the material. Really great course the amount of love and passion and making you feel like family that Floyd and Sandra Gibbs put into the field course is amazing it is great having Sandra there and having a Female perspective in the field acting as a client but also all the knowledge and wisdom I’m so grateful and excited to start my own business as a home inspector

Over the years of my career I have sat in a lot of courses. I have never sat in one that the Instructors showed the passion of wanting to teach. By far the best course I have ever taken. Floyd and Sandra make the class like you are sitting in the room with your family members. So much knowledge between the two it keeps the class interesting, never gets dull. The field training course provided by ICA is great. I came into this class only expecting to learn what I needed to pass the state exam and be on my way. I was very wrong. My instructors, Floyd and Sandra Gibbs, were beyond what words can describe. I just completed my online and field training with Inspection Certification Associates. The course was excellent and I would recommend this to anyone interested in starting a new and exciting career. I had originally planned to perform the five required ride alongs with qualified inspectors in my area. I later decided to take the field training offered through ICA and I am glad I did. I really enjoyed this course. The best part was Floyd taking us out into the field to inspect houses. I learned more at the houses because that's how I learn. I get tired & sleepy just sitting in a seat inside a cold classroom. Great job. Floyd & Sandra are great instructors. I'm going to attend the class again just to refresh. I learn more & more everytime I attend.
