I took Floyd and Sandra's class about a year ago. Now that I'm a licensed home inspector, it's nice to know that they are only a phone call away if I have any questions.

What a GREAT class for anyone regarding your level of expertise. I was totally green in subject matter and now I feel more knowledgeable thanks to Floyd and Sandra Gibbs. The classroom content was difficult at times but the way Floyd and Sandra lectured and answered questions while also allowing students with knowledge to add in was valuable along with the field training at homes we received.
