I would recommend ICA highly to any interested candidate. The process was easy and I felt very confidant in them; also, they provide tremendous support. Floyd was one of, if not the best educator I have ever had the privilege and honor to learn under. He is passionate, thorough and makes the course material fun and easy to understand. I think the ICA program was very informative, fully motivating and a stellar outlook into the profession of License Home Inspection. The Field Training class with Floyd and Sandra was a great learning experience of what it takes to excel in the home inspection business. Floyd has an exceptional gift for communicating, teaching and training and also a wealth of experience he is very willing to share. WOW! That is all I need to say... This class was amazing and I definitely recommend it to everyone that wants to become a Home Inspector. I am a current Real Estate Agent in NC/SC, and I want to expand in this Industry as a whole, so I searched for multiple different schools and came across ICA.
